FM24N128I3-SO-T-G is a 128Kbit (16KB) I²C interface serial EEPROM chip, packaged in an 8-pin SOP format. It operates within a voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and supports a maximum clock frequency of 1MHz. The chip features low power consumption, with a data retention period of up to 40 years and an endurance of up to 1 million write/erase cycles. It also supports a 128-bit unique identifier (UID) and a 128-byte security sector, enhancing data security and device identification capabilities. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, it is suitable for industrial-grade applications and is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial automation, communication equipment, and automotive electronics, meeting the demands for low power consumption, high reliability, and data security in various complex scenarios.
