FM24C128EA1-SO-T-G is a 128Kbit (16KB) serial EEPROM chip produced by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in an 8-pin SOP format. It supports an operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a maximum I²C interface clock frequency of 1MHz. The chip features low power consumption, a data retention period of up to 40 years, and an endurance of up to 3 million write/erase cycles. It also provides a 128-bit unique ID and a 64-byte security area, making it suitable for a variety of applications including consumer electronics, industrial control, and communication equipment, for storing non-volatile data.
