FM24LN128I3-CTE-T-G is a 128Kbit (16KB) I²C interface serial EEPROM chip, packaged in an 8-pin TSSOP format, designed for industrial-grade applications. The chip supports an ultra-wide operating voltage range of 1.1V to 5.5V and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, supporting working frequencies of 400kHz and 1MHz. Its low power consumption design (standby current less than 1µA at 5.5V, read/write current not exceeding 0.8mA) and high reliability (data retention up to 100 years, endurance of 4 million write/erase cycles) make it outstanding in various scenarios. Additionally, the chip provides a 128-bit unique identifier (UID) and a 128-byte security sector, enhancing data security and product traceability. It is widely used in consumer electronics, industrial automation, communication equipment, automotive electronics, and 5G communications.
