AWT5157BER is Analogwin’s AEC-Q100 Grade 1, 6.5 A synchronous boost converter with 2.9 V–45 V input and 100 kHz–2.5 MHz adjustable/sync-able switching in a 3 mm×3 mm QFN-16. Featuring 20 mΩ low-RDS(on) high-/low-side MOSFETs, it achieves >95 % peak efficiency and consumes only 25 µA in Burst mode (<1 µA shutdown). Functions include programmable soft-start, peak-current limit, hiccup OVP/SCP, OTP, UVLO, and PGOOD, with 40 ns minimum on-time. Operating from –40 °C to +150 °C junction, it targets high-current, high-density automotive LED headlights, ADAS supplies, industrial boost stages, and distributed power systems.

Founded in 2021 in Shanghai, Analogwin (Xinxiangcheng) is a fabless company whose core team came from top-tier global semiconductor suppliers. It focuses on AEC-Q100 qualified power-management ICs for automotive and industrial markets. The portfolio covers buck, boost and buck-boost converters that operate from 2.9 V to 45 V, achieve ≥95 % peak efficiency and consume only 5 µA quiescent current at light load. Every device is qualified for –40 °C to +150 °C junction temperature, 50 g vibration, 1 000-hour HTOL and >30 000 P/E cycles while housed in ultra-compact packages with minimal external parts.
