AWK6942ABTBR is a 2 A synchronous step-down regulator rated for 3 V–36 V input, switching at a fixed 400 kHz and housed in a compact TSOT23-8 package. Integrating high- and low-side MOSFETs, it delivers up to 95 % peak efficiency. On-chip features include programmable soft-start, cycle-by-cycle current limit, thermal shutdown, and under-voltage lockout. Quiescent current is 40 µA typical, while shutdown current drops below 1 µA. The device operates across a –40 °C to +125 °C junction-temperature range, making it ideal for space-constrained, medium-current supplies in automotive, industrial, telecom, and consumer electronics.

Founded in 2021 in Shanghai, Analogwin (Xinxiangcheng) is a fabless company whose core team came from top-tier global semiconductor suppliers. It focuses on AEC-Q100 qualified power-management ICs for automotive and industrial markets. The portfolio covers buck, boost and buck-boost converters that operate from 2.9 V to 45 V, achieve ≥95 % peak efficiency and consume only 5 µA quiescent current at light load. Every device is qualified for –40 °C to +150 °C junction temperature, 50 g vibration, 1 000-hour HTOL and >30 000 P/E cycles while housed in ultra-compact packages with minimal external parts.
