AWK6613BBFAR is a 3 A synchronous step-down (buck) regulator with an input voltage range of 3 V to 36 V and a fixed 1.4 MHz switching frequency, packaged in an ESOP-8 format. The chip integrates both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs, achieving up to 95% efficiency. It features built-in soft-start, cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The typical quiescent current is 60 µA, with a shutdown current of <1 µA. The operating junction temperature ranges from -40 °C to +125 °C, making it suitable for industrial control, automotive, communications, consumer electronics, and other medium-to-high power density power supply scenarios.
