AWT3478 is Analogwin’s AEC-Q100 Grade 1, 1 A synchronous boost converter operating from 3 V–45 V with 100 kHz–1 MHz adjustable switching, offered in MSOP-8 and SOIC-8. Integrating 120 mΩ high-/low-side MOSFETs, it reaches 92 % peak efficiency while drawing 20 µA in Burst mode and <1 µA shutdown. On-chip soft-start, cycle-by-cycle current limit, OVP, hiccup short-circuit, OTP and UVLO are included, plus 100 % duty-cycle pass-through. Junction –40 °C to +125 °C, ideal for automotive LED drivers, industrial sensors, battery backup and portable equipment demanding wide-input step-up performance.
