FM24N256AI3-TS-T-G is a 256Kbit (32K x 8) I²C interface serial EEPROM chip introduced by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in an 8-pin TSSOP (TSSOP-8) format. The chip supports a voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and is compatible with clock frequencies of 1MHz and 3.4MHz. It features an endurance of up to 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention capability of up to 40 years. The FM24N256AI3-TS-T-G also supports hardware protection functions, a 64-byte page write mode, a 128-bit Unique Identification Code (UID), and a secure sector. Additionally, it supports various operating modes, including byte write, page write, current address read, random read, and sequential read, making it suitable for applications in consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment, and the Internet of Things.
