FM24C256A-PD-T-G is a 256Kbit (32KB) I²C interface serial EEPROM chip produced by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in an 8-pin PDIP (PDIP-8) format. The chip provides a storage capacity of 262,144 bits, organized internally as 32,768 8-bit words. It supports a maximum clock frequency of up to 1MHz and operates within a voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. The chip features hardware write protection and supports a 64-byte page write mode, with a maximum write cycle time of 5ms. It has an endurance of up to 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention time of up to 40 years. Its operating temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for various industrial and commercial applications.
