FM24LN256I3-CTE-T-G is a 256Kbit (32K x 8) I²C interface serial EEPROM chip introduced by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in a TSSOP format. It supports a wide operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and is compatible with clock frequencies of 400kHz and 1MHz. The chip has an endurance of up to 4 million write/erase cycles and a data retention capability of up to 100 years.
