FM25N256AA1-DN-T-G is a 256Kbit (32KB) SPI interface serial EEPROM chip produced by Fudan Microelectronics. It is packaged in an 8-pin DIP (DIP-8) format. The chip operates within a voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V, with a maximum clock frequency of up to 20MHz (at 4.5V to 5.5V) or 5MHz (at 1.7V). It is designed for low-power and low-voltage operation.
