FM25N256AI3-DN-T-G is a 256Kbit (32KB) SPI interface serial EEPROM chip produced by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in a DIP-8. It supports a working voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and a maximum clock frequency of up to 20MHz. The chip operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It features byte write and page write operation modes, with a maximum write cycle time of 5ms. It also supports both hardware and software write protection functions to flexibly safeguard the memory area. Additionally, the chip provides a 128-bit unique identification code (UID) and a 64-byte security sector. With an endurance of up to 4 million write/erase cycles and a data retention period of up to 200 years, it is suitable for a variety of industrial and commercial applications, especially in scenarios that require low power consumption and high reliability.
