FM25256-DN-T-G is a 256Kbit (32KB) SPI interface serial EEPROM chip produced by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in an 8-pin dual in-line package (DIP-8). It supports a working voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, with a maximum clock frequency of up to 20MHz (at 4.5V to 5.5V) or 5MHz (at 1.8V). The chip features a 64-byte page write mode and byte write operations, and supports both hardware and software write protection functions to safeguard partial or entire memory areas. Additionally, it provides a 128-bit unique ID, a 64-byte security area, and an automatic timed write cycle with a maximum duration of 5ms. The FM25256-DN-T-G operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, with an endurance of up to 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention period of up to 40 years, making it suitable for a variety of low-power and high-reliability industrial and commercial applications.
