FM24N256AI3-SO-T-G is a 256Kbit (32K x 8) I²C interface serial EEPROM chip introduced by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in an SOP8 format. It supports a wide operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and is compatible with clock frequencies of 400kHz and 1MHz. The chip has an endurance of up to 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention capability of up to 40 years. It also supports hardware protection functions, a 64-byte page write mode, a 128-bit Unique Identification Code (UID), and a secure sector to ensure data security and reliability. It is widely used in fields such as consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment, and the Internet of Things, making it an ideal choice for low-power, high-reliability storage solutions.
