P24C256B-UNH-MER
P24C256B-UNH-MER is an I2C-compatible serial EEPROM launched by Puya Semiconductor, featuring a storage capacity of 256 Kbits (32 Kbytes), supporting a working voltage of 1.7V to 5.5V and clock frequencies of 400kHz/1MHz. This EEPROM is based on low-power CMOS technology, consuming 0.2 mA and 0.8 mA of current during read and write operations, respectively. It has Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs to suppress noise, supports sequential and random reading, as well as 64-byte page write mode. It is widely used in smart home, LED display modules, medical equipment, instruments, 5G IoT, and smart wearables.
