P24C256-TSH-MIR is a 256 Kbit I2C compatible serial EEPROM launched by Puya Semiconductor, featuring a wide voltage operating range from 1.7V to 5.5V and a high-speed clock frequency of 400kHz/1MHz, meeting the needs of fast data communication. This EEPROM uses low-power CMOS technology, with a current consumption of as low as 0.2 mA during read operations, effectively reducing system power consumption. It also has Schmitt Trigger and filtered inputs to suppress noise, making it suitable for environments with high electromagnetic interference. It supports sequential and random read functions, as well as a 64-byte page write mode, increasing the efficiency of data writing. The chip offers write protection for the entire memory array and additional writable lock pages, enhancing data security. The self-timed write cycle is up to 5ms, ensuring the reliability of data writing.
