P24C256H-TOH-MER is a high-performance I2C compatible serial EEPROM designed specifically for industrial applications, featuring a wide voltage operating range from 1.7V to 5.5V and a clock frequency up to 3.4 MHz to meet the demands of fast data communication. This EEPROM utilizes low-power CMOS technology, with a current consumption as low as 0.3 mA during read operations, which helps to reduce system power consumption. It also has Schmitt Trigger and filtered inputs to effectively suppress noise, making it suitable for environments with high electromagnetic interference. The transparent ECC function can correct 1-bit errors in every group of four bytes, enhancing data reliability.
