P25C256H-MSH-MKR is an SPI interface EEPROM memory produced by Puya Semiconductor, with a storage capacity of 256Kbit (32KB). It supports a wide voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V and can operate stably within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. This memory is available in an MSOP8 package and boasts an erase/write lifespan of up to 10 million cycles and a data retention capability of 100 years. It is extensively used in automotive electronics, industrial control, smart home, and medical equipment for storing critical data and user settings, making it an ideal non-volatile storage solution for a variety of applications.

PUYA's EEPROM leverages SONOS technology to reduce voltage and boost efficiency compared to ETOX. Optimizations at the 130nm process node minimize chip area and cost. The 1.2V series boasts low power consumption, with read/write currents of 0.14mA and 0.28mA, respectively, and a standby current of just 0.03μA, ideal for battery-powered devices. These designs enhance performance, efficiency, and reduce power consumption, giving PUYA's EEPROM a significant advantage in power-sensitive applications.
