P25C256H-UNH-MER

P25C256H-UNH-MER is a 256-Kbit SPI interface EEPROM launched by Puya Semiconductor, featuring a wide voltage supply range from 1.7V to 5.5V. It supports a clock frequency of up to 15MHz when operating between 4.5V and 5.5V, and 5MHz when operating between 1.7V and 5.5V. The EEPROM also has a transparent ECC function that can correct 1-bit error in every group of four bytes, ensuring data accuracy. Compatible with the SPI standard, it offers a storage capacity of 32Kbytes, organized in pages of 64 bytes each, and supports fast byte/page write capabilities with a write time of within 5ms. Additionally, it includes an extra write-locking page and a 128-bit unique serial number, and provides hardware write protection through the WP Pin.

PUYA's EEPROM leverages SONOS technology to reduce voltage and boost efficiency compared to ETOX. Optimizations at the 130nm process node minimize chip area and cost.
