P24C256-STH-MIR
P24C256-STH-MIR is a 256 Kbit I2C compatible serial EEPROM introduced by Puya Semiconductor, featuring a wide voltage operating range from 1.7V to 5.5V and a clock frequency of 400kHz/1MHz. This chip utilizes low-power CMOS technology and includes Schmitt Trigger and filtered inputs to suppress noise. It supports sequential and random read functions, as well as a 64-byte page write mode. Suitable for various fields such as industrial control, automotive electronics, medical devices, smart home, and communication equipment, the P24C256-STH-MIR is a superior non-volatile memory solution.
