P24C256B-TSH-MIR

P24C256B-TSH-MIR is an I2C compatible serial EEPROM manufactured by Puya Semiconductor, with a storage capacity of 256 Kbits (32 Kbytes), supporting a single power supply voltage from 1.7V to 5.5V, and capable of operating at clock frequencies of 400kHz/1MHz. This EEPROM utilizes low-power CMOS technology, consuming 0.2 mA and 0.8 mA of current during read and write operations, respectively. It features Schmitt Trigger and filtered inputs to suppress noise, supports sequential and random reading, as well as a 64-byte page write mode. The P24C256B-TSH-MIR also offers write protection for the entire memory array and additional write-lock pages, with a maximum write cycle time of 5ms.
