AT32L021K4U7 - 4 is a low-power MCU from ATLANTIC. Compared with the ordinary AT32L021K4U7, there may be differences in certain features or parameters, but the basic architecture is the same. Based on the ARM® Cortex® - M0 + core and with a main frequency of 80MHz, it can process data efficiently. Equipped with 16KB of Flash and 8KB + 1KB of SRAM, it can meet certain storage requirements. Adopting the QFN32 package is conducive to reducing the product volume. It performs outstandingly in terms of low power consumption, with a deep sleep current of approximately 9μA, a standby current of 1.2μA, and a quick wake-up time of 17μs. Integrated with a high-speed 12-bit ADC, various timers and rich communication interfaces, and with the GPIO capable of withstanding 5V, it is suitable for scenarios such as the Internet of Things and smart wearables that have high requirements for power consumption and space.
