AT32L021F8U7 low-power MCU of ATLANTIC (Yateli), based on the ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core, ensures efficient operation with a main frequency of 80MHz. It provides sufficient storage with 64KB of Flash and 8KB + 1KB of SRAM. The QFN20 package saves space. With a deep sleep current of only 9μA, a standby current of 1.2μA, and a quick wake-up time of 17μs, it is suitable for battery-powered devices. It integrates a 12-bit ADC with a sampling rate of 2Msps, various timers, and rich communication interfaces such as I²C and SPI. The GPIO has 5V tolerance, making it suitable for scenarios with high requirements for power consumption and performance, such as the Internet of Things and smart wearables.
