AT32L021G4U7 is a low-power MCU from ATLANTIC. Based on the ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core, it has a main frequency of up to 80MHz, enabling efficient data processing. It comes with 16KB of Flash and 8KB + 1KB of SRAM, delivering good storage performance. With the QFN28 package, it saves space and is beneficial for layout. In the deep sleep mode, the current is approximately 9μA, and the standby current is as low as 1.2μA. It can be quickly awakened within 17μs, effectively extending the device's battery life. It integrates a high-speed 12-bit ADC, various timers, and rich communication interfaces.
