AT32L021G8U7 is a low-power MCU from ATLANTIC (Yateli) based on the ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core, featuring an 80MHz main frequency for efficient data processing. It offers 64KB Flash and 8KB + 1KB SRAM for ample storage. The QFN28 package saves space, with a deep sleep current of ~9μA, standby current of 1.2μA, and 17μs fast wake-up. Integrated with a high-speed 12-bit ADC, various timers, and rich communication interfaces, its 5V-tolerant GPIO makes it ideal for IoT and portable smart devices requiring low power and high performance.
