AT32L021F8P7 low-power MCU from ATLANTIC (Yateli) is based on the ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core and runs smoothly at a main frequency of 80MHz. With 64KB of Flash and 8KB + 1KB of SRAM, it ensures storage. The TSSOP20 package is compact and saves space. The deep sleep current is 9μA, and the standby current is 1.2μA. It can be quickly awakened within 17μs. It integrates rich peripherals such as a 12-bit 2Msps ADC. The GPIO can withstand 5V, making it suitable for scenarios such as the Internet of Things and portable devices.
