AT32L021F4U7 is a low-power MCU from Artery, equipped with the ARM® Cortex®-M0+ 32-bit core. Its 80MHz clock frequency ensures efficient data processing. The MCU offers 16KB of Flash memory and 8KB + 1KB of SRAM, which meet the needs for program storage and fast read/write operations. The QFN20 package is small in size and easy to layout. In deep sleep mode, the current is approximately 9μA, and in standby mode, it is 1.2μA. It can wake up quickly in 17μs, making it suitable for battery-powered devices. The AT32L021F4U7 integrates a 12-bit ADC with a sampling rate of 2Msps, multiple timers, and rich communication interfaces such as I²C and SPI.
