DSB321SDN is a high-performance surface-mount temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) designed for various high-precision applications. It features a frequency range from 9.6 MHz to 52 MHz and supports a supply voltage of +1.68V to +3.5V. The operating current is up to 1.5 mA for frequencies ≤26 MHz and up to 2.0 mA for frequencies >26 MHz. The output level is 0.8 Vp-p (clipped sine wave). The frequency stability is ±0.5×10⁻⁶ or ±2.5×10⁻⁶ over the temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, and the phase noise is -115 dBc/Hz at a 100 Hz offset for frequencies ≤26 MHz. The package size is 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm, with a moisture sensitivity level of LEVEL 1 and compliance with RoHS standards. It is widely used in mobile phones, GPS/GNSS devices, industrial wireless communication equipment, and automotive electronics.
