DSB535SGA is an ultra-high-precision surface-mount type temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) designed for high-precision communication equipment. With a frequency range spanning from 10MHz to 52MHz, it supports a power supply voltage from +2.3V to +3.63V. The maximum operating current is 4.0mA for clipped sine wave output or 8.0mA for CMOS output. The output level is 0.8Vp-p for clipped sine wave or CMOS level. It offers a frequency stability of ±0.10×10⁻⁶ within the temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and its phase noise (at 20MHz output) is -118dBc/Hz at a 100Hz offset. Encapsulated in a compact 5.0mm×3.2mm package with a thickness of only 1.35mm, and featuring a moisture sensitivity level of LEVEL 1, it is widely applied in high-precision scenarios such as Stratum 3-level clocks and 5G communication base stations.
