DSA321SDN is a high-precision surface-mount voltage-controlled temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (VC-TCXO) with a size of 3.2mm×2.5mm. It supports a frequency range from 9.6MHz to 52MHz and operates within a voltage range of +1.68V to +3.5V, compatible with +1.8V, +2.6V, +2.8V, +3.0V, and +3.3V. The oscillator offers excellent frequency stability (temperature characteristics ranging from ±1.0×10⁻⁶ to ±2.5×10⁻⁶ over the operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, which is selectable), low phase noise (down to -130dBc/Hz at a 1kHz offset), low power consumption (maximum 1.5mA at ≤26MHz and 2.0mA at >26MHz), and a fast start-up time (2.0ms max.). The DSA321SDN is constructed with a monolithic structure, ensuring high reliability and compliance with Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 standard.
