DSA535SGB is an ultra-high-precision surface-mount type voltage-controlled temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (VC-TCXO), suitable for high-precision communication equipment. Its frequency range is 10MHz to 52MHz, and it supports a power supply voltage from +2.3V to +3.63V. The maximum operating current is 4.0mA (for clipped sine wave output) or 8.0mA (for CMOS output). The output level is 0.8Vp-p (for clipped sine wave) or CMOS level. The frequency stability can reach ±0.10×10⁻⁶ within the temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and the phase noise (at 20MHz output) is -118dBc/Hz at a 100Hz offset. The package size is 5.0mm×3.2mm, with a thickness of only 1.35mm, and the moisture sensitivity level is LEVEL 1.
