DSA221SDN is a high-precision surface-mount voltage-controlled temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (VC-TCXO). It features a compact size of 2.5mm × 2.0mm and supports a frequency range from 9.6MHz to 52MHz. The operating voltage is between +1.68V and +3.5V, and it is compatible with 1.8V, 2.6V, 2.8V, 3.0V, and 3.3V. This oscillator offers excellent frequency stability, with a temperature characteristic of ±0.5ppm over the range of -40℃ to +85℃. It also has low phase noise, reaching -130dBc/Hz at a 1kHz offset. The power consumption is low, with a maximum of 1.5mA at 26MHz and 2.0mA at 52MHz. The start-up time is only 2.0ms. The DSA221SDN is constructed with a monolithic structure, ensuring high reliability and compliance with the AEC-Q200 standard. It is suitable for applications such as mobile phones, GPS/GNSS, and industrial wireless communication devices, where high clock precision is required.
