DSB221SSA is a high-precision surface-mount temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) with a size of 2.5mm×2.0mm. It supports a frequency range from 10MHz to 52MHz and operates within a voltage range of +1.62V to +3.63V, compatible with +1.8V, +2.5V, +2.8V, and +3.3V. The oscillator offers excellent frequency stability, with a temperature characteristic of ±2.0×10⁻⁶ over the range of -30℃ to +85℃ (with an optional range of -40℃ to +85℃). It also features low phase noise, reaching -130dBc/Hz at a 1kHz offset. The power consumption is low, with a maximum of 1.6mA at ≤20MHz and 2.2mA at >20MHz. The start-up time is only 2.0ms. The DSB221SSA is constructed with a monolithic structure, ensuring high reliability and compliance with Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 standard.
