P24C08C-UNH-MKR
P24C08C-UNH-MKR is an 8Kbit I2C-compatible serial EEPROM introduced by Puran Semiconductor. It supports sequential and random read operations, page write mode, and provides write protection functionality, with a maximum write cycle time of 5 milliseconds. The EEPROM demonstrates high reliability with over 1 million write cycles, data retention of more than 100 years, and 6KV HBM ESD capability.
