P24C08C-MSH-MKR

P24C08C-MSH-MKR is an 8-bit I2C-compatible serial EEPROM memory produced by Puya Semiconductor, featuring a wide voltage supply range from 1.7V to 5.5V, and capable of operating at a clock frequency of 1MHz under 2.5V to 5.5V, or 400kHz under 1.7V to 2.5V. This EEPROM uses low-power CMOS technology, with a maximum current consumption of 400μA during read operations and 1.6mA during write operations. It includes Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs to enhance noise suppression capabilities, supports sequential and random read functions, as well as page write mode. P24C08C-MSH-MKR also offers write protection for the entire memory array, additional writable lock pages, and a 128-bit serial number, along with a self-timed write cycle of up to 5ms.
