P24C08C-DXH-MKR memory device utilizes low-power CMOS technology and features Schmitt triggers along with filtered inputs to enhance noise suppression capabilities. It supports sequential and random read functions, as well as page write mode. The device also offers write protection for the entire memory array, including additional write-locked pages and a 128-bit serial number, with an auto-timing write cycle up to 5ms.
