P25C08H-TSH-MER is an 8K-bit serial SPI EEPROM storage device introduced by Puya Semiconductor, featuring a supply voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V and a maximum clock frequency of up to 15MHz (when the voltage is between 4.5V and 5.5V). It supports page write functionality, with write times not exceeding 5 milliseconds, and offers hardware write protection and transparent ECC features to correct 1-bit errors. This EEPROM boasts a write cycle endurance of 4 million cycles and a data retention capability of up to 100 years, packaged in a TSSOP8 enclosure. It operates stably within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. With its high performance, reliability, and flexible packaging options, the P25C08H-TSH-MER is highly suitable for various applications such as smart meters, automotive electronics, industrial control, and automation equipment.
