P25C08H-SSH-MKR EEPROM provides both software and hardware write protection, capable of safeguarding 25%, 50%, or 100% of the memory's data area, and monitors the write status through a status register. It also features a write-disable function under low supply voltage conditions, as well as CMOS Schmitt inputs to ensure signal stability. Each byte of the P25C08H-SSH-MKR can be rewritten up to 10^6 times, with a data retention period of up to 100 years, and is packaged in an SOP8(150mil) enclosure. This EEPROM is suitable for a variety of applications such as automotive electronics, industrial control, and smart meters, where high speed, low power consumption, a wide operating voltage range, and high reliability are required.
