P24C512-UNH-MKR

P24C512-UNH-MKR is a 512-Kbit (64KB) I2C-compatible serial EEPROM memory chip launched by Puya Semiconductor. It is organized into 128-byte pages and has a storage capacity of 512 Kbits. This chip supports a wide voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V and operates at clock frequencies of 400kHz/1MHz, utilizing low-power CMOS technology. It also features Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs to suppress noise. The P24C512-UNH-MKR supports sequential and random read functions, as well as 128-byte page write modes, allowing partial page writes. It provides write protection for the entire memory array and additional write-lockable pages. This chip is widely used in industrial control systems, automotive electronics, communication equipment, computer motherboards, medical devices, and consumer electronics for storing configuration parameters, calibration data, and user settings.
