P24C512H-STH-MER is a 512 Kbits (64 Kbytes) I2C-compatible serial EEPROM offered by Puran Semiconductor. It features a 128-byte page organization and transparent ECC functionality to correct data errors. This chip employs low-power CMOS technology, supports a wide voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V, and operates at clock frequencies of 400 kHz/1 MHz, even supporting up to 3.4 MHz at 1.7V to 5.5V. It includes Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs to suppress noise, supports sequential and random reading, and offers 128-byte page write modes, allowing for partial page writes. It is widely applied in electronic products, communication equipment, data processing, industrial control, and automotive electronics for storing critical information such as configuration parameters, calibration data, and user settings. 

PUYA's EEPROM leverages SONOS technology to reduce voltage and boost efficiency compared to ETOX. Optimizations at the 130nm process node minimize chip area and cost. The 1.2V series boasts low power consumption, with read/write currents of 0.14mA and 0.28mA, respectively, and a standby current of just 0.03μA, ideal for battery-powered devices. These designs enhance performance, efficiency, and reduce power consumption, giving PUYA's EEPROM a significant advantage in power-sensitive applications.
