P25C512H-MSH-MKR is a 512-Kbit SPI interface EEPROM launched by PuYa Semiconductor, featuring a wide voltage supply range from 1.7V to 5.5V and a maximum clock frequency of up to 15MHz, supporting fast Byte/Page Write operations with a write time of only 5ms. This product has a transparent ECC function, capable of correcting 1-bit error in every four bytes, providing an additional write-lock page and a 128-bit unique serial number to enhance data security. Hardware control locking is achieved through the WP pin, protecting critical data from accidental modification. With its high durability, including up to 1 million write cycles and a data retention time of 100 years, P25C512H-MSH-MKR has become an ideal non-volatile storage solution for fields such as industrial control, automotive electronics, smart home, medical devices, and security surveillance.
