P24C512H-DPH-MER is a 512 Kbit I2C-compatible serial EEPROM produced by Puyan Semiconductor, with a storage capacity of 64 Kbytes, supporting a wide voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V, and operating at clock frequencies of 400 kHz/1 MHz. This EEPROM uses low-power CMOS technology and features Schmitt triggers and filtered input functions to reduce noise. It supports transparent ECC (Error Correction Code) functionality to correct errors and provides write protection along with an additional 128-bit serial number. It supports both sequential and random read functions, as well as a 128-byte page write mode, with an auto-timing write cycle of up to 5 milliseconds. It is highly suitable for storing critical information such as configuration parameters, calibration data, and historical records in industrial automation and control applications.
