P24C512H-MSH-MER is a 512 Kbit I2C-compatible serial EEPROM produced by Puyan Semiconductor, with a storage capacity of 65,536 x 8 bits, supporting voltage operating ranges from 1.7V to 3.6V and 2.5V to 5.5V, as well as an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. This chip is known for its I2C-compatible serial interface, Schmitt triggers, filtered inputs, write protection function, low power consumption characteristics, page write mode, random and sequential read modes, and an auto-timing write cycle within 5 milliseconds. It is widely used in fields such as industrial automation, sensor data logging, equipment configuration calibration, PLC data backup, status monitoring and control, smart sensor integration, and predictive maintenance.

PUYA's EEPROM leverages SONOS technology to reduce voltage and boost efficiency compared to ETOX. Optimizations at the 130nm process node minimize chip area and cost. The 1.2V series boasts low power consumption, with read/write currents of 0.14mA and 0.28mA, respectively, and a standby current of just 0.03μA, ideal for battery-powered devices. These designs enhance performance, efficiency, and reduce power consumption, giving PUYA's EEPROM a significant advantage in power-sensitive applications.
