P24C512H-UNH-MER is a 512-Kbit (64KB) I2C-compatible serial EEPROM from Puya Semiconductor, featuring a 128-byte page structure and a storage capacity of 512 Kbits. This chip supports a wide voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V and operates at high-speed modes of 400kHz/1MHz and 3.4MHz, utilizing low-power CMOS technology, and includes Schmitt triggers and filtered inputs to suppress noise. It offers transparent ECC for error correction, supports sequential and random read functions, and a 128-byte page write mode that allows partial page writes. It also provides write protection for the entire memory array and additional lockable write pages.
