FM24C512DA1-SO-T-G is a 512K-bit 2-wire serial EEPROM chip produced by Fudan Microelectronics, packaged in SOP8. It supports a working voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V, with a maximum communication frequency of up to 1MHz (2.5V~5.5V) and 400kHz (1.7V). The chip features a 128-byte page write function and supports partial page writing. It provides a 128-byte security sector that can be locked in read-only mode, as well as a 128-bit unique device identifier (UID) to enhance data security and device identification capabilities. With an endurance of 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention capability of up to 40 years, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. This makes it suitable for low-power, low-voltage industrial and commercial applications, as well as automotive-grade applications such as T-BOX, smart cockpit, ADAS, and BMS in the automotive electronics field.
