FM25N512AI3-DN-T-G is a 512K-bit SPI interface serial EEPROM chip, packaged in TDFN8. It supports a working voltage of 1.7V to 5.5V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The chip provides 65,536 8-bit memory cells, supports 128-byte page write operations and byte write operations, and is equipped with a 128-byte security sector and a 128-bit unique device identifier (UID). It supports SPI Mode 0 and Mode 3, with a maximum clock frequency of up to 20MHz (at 4.5V to 5.5V) and 5MHz (at 1.8V). The chip also features block write protection, which can protect 1/4, 1/2, or the entire area of the memory array, and enhances data protection through a write protection pin (WP#) and status register. With an endurance of 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention capability of up to 40 years, it is suitable for a variety of application scenarios, including industrial, commercial, and consumer electronics.
