FM25N512AI3-TS-T-G is a 512K-bit SPI interface serial EEPROM chip, packaged in TSSOP8. It supports a working voltage of 1.7V to 5.5V and a maximum clock frequency of 20MHz. The chip provides a 128-byte security sector and a 128-bit unique device identifier (UID). It features block write protection, which can protect 1/4, 1/2, or the entire area of the memory array, and further enhances data security through a write protection pin (WP#) and status register. With an endurance of 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention capability of up to 40 years, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for a variety of application scenarios, including industrial control, consumer electronics, and communication equipment.
