FM25N512AA1-SO-T-G is a 512K-bit SPI interface serial EEPROM chip, packaged in SOP8. It supports a working voltage of 1.7V to 5.5V and a maximum clock frequency of 20MHz. The chip features block write protection and a 128-byte security sector, and is equipped with a 128-bit unique device identifier (UID) to ensure data security and device identification.
