FM24C512D-TS-T-G is a 512K-bit 2-wire serial EEPROM chip, packaged in TSSOP8. It supports a working voltage of 1.7V to 5.5V and a maximum communication frequency of up to 1MHz (at 2.5V to 5.5V) and 400kHz (at 1.7V). The chip features a 128-byte page write function and a 128-byte security sector, which can be locked in read-only mode. It also includes a 128-bit unique device identifier (UID) and a hardware write protection pin (WP) to prevent accidental writes. With an endurance of 1 million write/erase cycles and a data retention capability of up to 40 years, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for low-power, low-voltage industrial and commercial applications.
