AT32A423RBT7-7 automotive MCU, equipped with the ARM® Cortex®-M4 core, operates at a frequency of 150MHz and integrates an FPU, MPU, and DSP instruction set. It features 128KB of Flash memory and 48KB of SRAM, and is packaged in LQFP64. This MCU has passed the AEC-Q100 automotive standard certification and can work within a temperature range of -40 to 105℃. Its high-performance computing capabilities enable rapid processing of in-vehicle sensor data and control algorithms. The 128KB Flash meets the needs for program storage and upgrades, while the 48KB SRAM ensures real-time data read/write operations. The LQFP64 package facilitates compact circuit design, and its wide temperature adaptability ensures stable operation in harsh automotive environments such as high temperatures and vibrations. Suitable for automotive central control, body electronics control, and in-vehicle sensors, it provides reliable performance support for automotive electronic systems.
